I researched using Google and other search engines and designed it with Canva. This gave rise to a detailed outcome and visually appealing presentation

2. Data Entry and Expense Tracking

I utilized Googlesheet for data entry and also analysed the data using charts, which made it easy for the client to grasp the details contained on the spreadsheet

3. Customer Support on TAWK

I support customers visiting clients' webpage daily, answering their queries and also drawing conclusions from their pattern of navigation to know what their perceived need might be.

This is a great tool I always use for sending and sharing files and documents. It also has features that protect the documents shared for confidentiality purposes
